As an important note: for visiting this conference everyparticipant needs to have a visa. It is possible to request a tourist visa. To receive a tourist visa you don’t need an official invitation. Booking your hotel
The NGInfra2010 conference offers one conference hotel: the Jin Bai He Hotel. The hotel can be booked by filling in this form (latest 1 November 2010)and send it to the conference organization (nginfra2010@gmail.com). The organization will book the room and give you a confirmation.
When your booking has been received a confirmation will be sent by email. The payment of the hotel has to be made at the hotel in local currency (300 RMB per night) upon arrival. The rate is including Chinese breakfast (continental breakfast is not served). We are looking forward to your bookings!
Jin Bai He Hotel
Jin Bai He Hotel is also called Shenzhen Financial Training Center. It is located close to Shenzhen Xili Lake with beautiful scenery. It is an eight-story-high building with entertainment, leisure facilities as western & Chinese Restaurant, heated indoor swimming pool, beauty salon, billiards and table tennis room. The room service includes high speed internet, newspaper, fridge, electric kettle etc… It is a four-star-hotel and a standard room is 300 RMB (approx. $45). http://www.szftc.com/
