In this section the review process is further explained.

Paper submission 1 May – 30 June 2010

Extended! Paper submission 1 May – 15 August 2010

  • Papers cannot contain any information about the authors, any acknowledgments or other information that points to the identity of the author(s).
  • In the NGInfra 2010 Paper Submission website upload the paper to the most appropriate (only one) panel.

Review process 15 August 2010 – 15 September

  • During the the review process you will be notified when a review is completed for your paper, unless you still have unfinished reviewing tasks.

Communication of results 16 – 22 September

  • Everyone that has submitted a paper will receive news about the review process before the 31st of August.
  • There are three different options: ‘Rejected’, ‘Accepted’ and ‘Accepted as invited paper’. With the last option the author is allowed to participate in the conference and present his paper but the paper will not be part of the conference proceedings sent to IEEE.

Submission of Camera ready papers 16 September – 15 October

The ‘Accepted’ and ‘Accepted as invited papers’ will be part of the conference proceedings if the following guidelines have been ensured:

  • Recommended format
  • IEEE XPlore PDF compliance
  • Submission via Paper Management System.
  • Copyright form
  • Each accepted must be registered
  • Names, biographies and pictures are allowed
